Sixty-one demos before the first call.

Spec work, done at scale and in public, inverts the sales conversation. Instead of what I could do for you, the prospect starts at what already exists for a business like mine.

- The Brief

A new practice faces a portfolio chicken-and-egg: clients want to see comparable work, and comparable work requires clients. Most studios accept this as fate and sell from a deck instead.

- Diagnosis

Manufacture the evidence at volume, hold it to a differentiation standard a template cannot fake, and let the work make the first call. The portfolio precedes the pipeline.

- The Build

01 · No two sites alike, enforced as a standard

Every demo gets a unique 3D hero formation, a unique section background, and differentiated component styling. The rule exists in writing because sameness is the tell of template work, and the gallery’s whole argument is that this is not template work.

02 · Real businesses, real facts, nothing invented

Demos are researched - real services, real neighborhoods, verified imagery. If a fact cannot be verified, the section that needed it is removed. No fabricated testimonials, ratings or reviews, ever.

03 · Tiers as a pricing language

Four build tiers give a prospect a visual vocabulary for scope before a number is discussed. Which of these feels like you is a better first question than any rate card.

04 · A stated takedown policy

Every demo carries an independent-concept disclaimer, and any named business may have its demo taken down on request within one business day, no reason required.

- Artifacts Delivered

  1. 01Sixty-one deployed demo sites in a curated public gallery
  2. 02Sixty-six Louisville-purposed builds in the inventory behind it
  3. 03Four build tiers, clean local site through luxury enterprise
  4. 04Independent-concept disclaimer and takedown policy on every demo

- Outcome

A prospect’s first impression is a finished site in their own industry rather than a promise and a rate - and sixty-one Louisville businesses have a better website waiting for them than the one they have.

- Receipts

  • 61builds live in the shipped public gallery
  • 47builds rated 7.0 or higher on the inventory’s own scale
  • 0fabricated testimonials, ratings or reviews in any demo

- Not yet known

  • Engagements originated by the gallery
  • Which demos a prospect actually viewed
  • Conversion from view to conversation

Gallery-to-engagement attribution is not instrumented. Prospects arrive by referral and conversation, and no one has been asked which demo they saw first. Until that is tracked, the model’s return is a reasonable belief rather than a measured fact - and it is named here as such.

"Agencies buy leads and cold-call. This model manufactures finished evidence and lets the work make the first call."
