- GEO Visibility Audit, 2026.

The audit, before the conversation.

Generative engine optimization - whether your site shows up in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews for the questions a buyer actually types. As of spring 2026, BrightEdge tracking puts AI Overviews on nearly half of commercial-intent Google searches, up from under a third a year earlier; in LocaliQ's March 2026 small-business survey, fewer than half said they were even highly familiar with it. The audit names where you stand and what would move the needle. Three priced tiers, fixed fee, written as a working document.

01

Baseline

$500

A read on where the site stands in the AI surfaces buyers now use.

Included

  • - Citation baseline across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews - five to eight prompts a buyer would actually type
  • - Schema and on-page content gap analysis - what AI surfaces are looking for, what the site is not yet giving them
  • - One-to-two page written narrative with the three highest-leverage fixes
  • - Returned within five business days
  • - Seven-day, seventy-five percent refund if the read is not useful. No questions, no call required.

Not included

  • ×No implementation. The audit names the work; it does not do it.
  • ×No discovery call. The written narrative is the deliverable.
02

Extended

$1,000

Everything in Baseline plus a competitive read and a thirty-minute readout call.

Included

  • - All of Baseline
  • - Eight to twelve prompts instead of five to eight
  • - Named competitor citation comparison - who is showing up for the queries the site is missing
  • - Remediation roadmap - sequenced thirty / sixty / ninety day plan
  • - Thirty-minute readout call to walk the findings

Not included

  • ×Still no implementation. The roadmap names the work; the Build engagement does it.
03

Deep

$1,500

Forensic review. A go or no-go on whether the next move is worth making.

Included

  • - All of Extended
  • - Off-page brand-mention map - where the brand is cited today across Reddit, YouTube, industry publications, partner sites; the five-to-ten placements worth pursuing
  • - Forensic on-page review - every page type checked for the citation drivers, not just the homepage
  • - Go or no-go recommendation on whether a Build engagement is the right next step

Not included

  • ×Still no implementation. This tier optimizes for decision quality, not execution.

Above $1,500 is no longer an audit; it is a Build engagement

- Frequently asked, 2026.

The honest questions.

What is GEO and why is it different from SEO?

SEO ranks the site in Google or Bing search results. GEO measures whether the site is cited inside AI-generated answers - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews. They are independent surfaces; only about eleven percent of domains are cited by both ChatGPT and Perplexity. SEO is still the floor; GEO is the new ceiling. The audit covers GEO. SEO Foundation is a separate engagement.

How fast does the audit come back?

Baseline: five business days. Extended: seven. Deep: ten. Faster is possible on request; the standard is paced for thoroughness over speed.

What happens after I submit the form?

The form sends you straight to Stripe to pay for the selected tier. After payment, you get an immediate confirmation by email and the audit PDF arrives at the same email address within the tier turnaround. If checkout is temporarily unavailable, the form falls back to email; Matthew replies within one business day with a manual quote and invoice.

Will the audit tell me how to fix things?

Baseline names the three highest-leverage fixes. Extended adds a sequenced roadmap. Deep adds a go-or-no-go on whether a Build engagement is the right next step. None of the tiers implement the fixes - that is a Build engagement, scoped from the audit.

What if my site is not English-language, or is in a regulated industry?

Reply to the intake email noting either constraint and the scope adjustment will be in the quote. Regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, legal) get a flag for what the audit cannot recommend without compliance review.

Can I see an example audit?

Yes. The sample audit at /samples/geo-visibility-audit-sample-projectlavos-com.pdf is the audit we ran on projectlavos.com using the same pipeline you would receive. Same format, same rigor, same labor split between automation and analyst.

What if the audit is not useful to me?

Seven-day, seventy-five percent refund on the Baseline tier. No call, no questions, no friction. Reply to the delivery email within seven days of receiving the PDF; the refund is processed through Stripe within one business day. The twenty-five percent retained covers payment processing and the automated portion of the run. Extended and Deep are non-refundable once the analyst time has been put in; if you want the refund window, start with Baseline and upgrade after.
