Project Lavos.

Proof

The work, at a real URL.

Selected case studies — client sites, studio products, and the page you’re reading. Each is live; most link out so you can check the work yourself.

l'Embrasser · Paris

A gallery that loads like one.

A bilingual gallery on Île Saint-Louis behind a full-bleed red-ink hero — shipped in four codecs and re-encoded far lighter, so a browser only ever downloads the cheapest one it supports and a phone never touches the desktop file. The owner edits it through a CMS, no redeploy. A signature, not a template.

Clementine Catering · Louisville

Three real directions — live on every screen.

A Louisville caterer at an 1869 Italian villa, given a production site built three genuinely distinct ways — cinematic dark, warm editorial heritage, minimal white. Each one complete, indexable, and security-hardened at its own domain, desktop and phone alike. Underneath: a build step that hands every page its own crawlable identity without a server, and checks its own work.

The National Insurance Group · Florida

Coverage built around the life you choose.

One independent agent across health, life, home and auto — 100+ carriers, no eight-way lead race. Warm family imagery and a wall of carrier logos land on a single promise, and every scroll ends on the same action: a real call to a licensed agent. The design has one job, and the job is the call.

Proof · Project Lavos

The proof is the page you came from.

This site is the case study. A real-time 3D cinematic that reframes itself on a phone, honors reduced-motion, and passes a full accessibility audit — the kind you can re-run yourself. Deterministic quality isn't claimed here. It's running.

GuitarGnar · the studio's own

The fretboard, mapped as sound.

GuitarGnar — an auto-playing, real-time WebGPU cinematic for a deterministic guitar engine: 1,397,760 in-key exercises across every scale, key, and position, never random, each documenting its own theory. The narrative resolves on the player behind it, then opens the Lab — the generator that writes them, free.

Proof · the studio

The range is the proof.

Real-time 3D, painterly Renaissance studies, old-master engravings — a working library of design held to one bar, every time. Deterministic quality isn't a single trick. It's a method that repeats.

Lavos CMS · a studio product

The website you own outright.

Everything a local business rents from Squarespace, Wix or Shopify — content, booking, media, transactional email — rebuilt as one multi-tenant stack it owns instead. The operator signs in, edits a tenant, and it ships live on every screen: no developer, no ticket, no monthly rent. Shown here, running.

Pulse · a studio product

Read any website's pulse.

Pulse is a website-audit kit. Scan any business's site, hand them a branded report on what's quietly costing them customers, and turn it into your next client — the same deterministic bar this page runs on, packaged to run on your own machine, your data staying yours.

The Lavos Document System · a product

Twenty-six documents, one system.

Every document the studio ships — proposal, case study, SOW, invoice, MSA, NDA, résumé, press release — comes out of one shared, branded format, named so the version is never in question. The deterministic bar, applied to the PDF as much as the page.
